2345 QUIERO TENER EL APELLIDO DE MI PADRE BIOLOGICO, YA QUE LLEVO EL APELLIDO DE MI PADRE ADOPTIVO.

Hi there.   Someone here in La Paz recommended I contact your company. I will write in English as quicker and easier for me to explain my dilemma! I am living in La Paz now. I am British but my father was born in Bolivia of a Bolivian mother and English father.  I have been wanting to get Bolivian nationality for years now and I got all my father's Bolivian paperwork in order here years ago (eg he now has a valid Bolivian birth certificate!) The problem is I was adopted by my mother's 3rd husband when I was 8 years old and I took on my adopted father's surname of Kempton-Jones obviously. I have never married and my name is still N. Ke (all my documents are in this name). I have  found out that even though my biological father was born here, I am legally the daughter of a British citizen (he is actually deceased now).  Therefore, I cannot apply for Bolivian nationality. No lawyer or person in immigration can help me.  Is there anyone who knows how I can go about applying as the biological daughter of a Bolivian, even though I do not have his last name.  It is really expensive to do the Naturalisation process and I have always had a close relationship with my biological Bolivian father (still in excellent health and lives in the UK).  Any advice GREATLY appreciated.  Thanks in advance
